So my boyfriend accidentally put my cell phone into the washing machine. It was in the couch cover that he was washing and then he remembered hearing my phone vibrate on it like 5 minutes earlier but didn't grab it. Luckily the washing wasn't on full blast yet! It's still a little wet and works kinda... Hopefully when it fully dries it will still work.

That's really a bad news for the cell, but good enough for you. When your electronic products got water on it, first of all, take battery out of the pro, then put it under the sun or at some place it can dry quikely, or send it to someone who can fix. Never try to turn it on when it's watery...

i just got suprised to hear from other people that their celphone still works after drying it when it got wet on water. but that does not happened to me yet. but i guess not all cellphone will eb able to work after being soaked in a water. but nice tips any ways, i will remember this. but i am too careful though to put my cellphone in any place that may cause it to get wet. i usually make suer that i have not put in a any pouch of teh pants or place it in any where. i usually make sure it will eb left ina safe table or anywhere where there will no chance that some people will mistakenly puot it in water or me. i have my own cabnitet or drawer where i place my cellphone when i am athome or when i got home from outside. i usually put it straight away into the drawer.

Hi Vanonas, The fact that is is still sort of working is a good sign, hopefully once fully dried out it will be okay again. I have had two Nokias one had a bath and the other drink spilt over it, one survived the other didn't so it is a luck thing I think. Hope luck is on your side in this one. Huggles. Ellie :D

Oh no! My hubby has washed his cell phone in the washing machine several times - we have had to replace two of them because of it.

Well I do hope that your phone will be okay once it dry. Just make sure that you have removed the batteries to insure that the system will not be short circuited. Best to you and good luck on you phone.

Be careful to remove the battery and sim card and allow the phone to get dry well.It is also good to allow a service man to ensure the dryness of the cell phone.Because there may be a short circuit blowing off your phone, sooner or later. So,don't you take chances and ensure your cellphone getting dried.Cheers!

A cell phone be washed is normal today. And most of this condition the cell phone remedy itself when it dries. If it still does not work, I suggest you could order your BF buy a new one for you, for you are his GF.
