I strongly disagree with this because I will do what my mind says. I will never act like good but doing bad things. We should be straight forward. If we do bad things we should be in a position to agree that.... Happy mylotting...

Getting caught seems to suggest something wrong. What could possibly be right about such a thing? Maybe if the rule is something which is wrong and oppressive then getting away with breaking it would be right, right?

Yes I do agree with it because until we aren't caught we can do anything wrong without the notice of anyone.I usually try to say bad things about my friends in their back but unless I am not cought they will remain my friend.
