What for you is the best musical instrument ever invented and do you play it?

Throughout the years, there have been a lot of different musical instruments invented around the world. Some are wind based, some are string based, there are just so many variations. Which instrument impresses you most and do you actually know how to play it?

For me, a harp would be the best musical instrument. It plays a nice sound but I haven't tried to play one. I only play piano.
