how to degrade alertpay account??

friend, when i am sign up to alertpay ,then i am making my account as a person account.but during free offer for upgrading the account from personal account to personal pro account through free upgradation.when i got payment from neobux last month.there will 30 cents lesser than actual payment or they cut as fees.i want to degrade my alertpay account.can you tell me whats the procedure to degrade an alertpay account??

The one and only way to degrade alertpay account is by cotacting them directly via telephone.There support system is very nice and your account will be degraded on your request.
