Microsoft Fashions Anyone?

SoftWear - Linux vs Microsoft...$$ vs. free

Seinfeld Ads failed. * Microsoft vs. PC Ads failed (Unless your Apple). * Vista moans can be heard to the South Pole. Linux is nipping at this shark's fins. * What is poor Microsoft to do in order to both plug products and appear cool? The company sells fashions retro 80's inspired...and they will be from 80's designs, and they are calling it "Software". * The t-shirts went on sale before Christmas, from selected stores around the U.S. At $15 a pop they are one Microsoft product that is neither overpriced or unfriendly to the competition. Microsoft Softwear is a nice, if not slightly bizarre, idea that will undoubtedly fail to live up to the hype. Very much like Vista, the Xbox 360 (RRoD anyone), and the Zune. * Now, if you want to wear Linux "softwear", take a sharpie and write "UBUNTU" on a men's undershirt from a three pack you bought at K'Mart for $9.

That has always been the problem with microsoft and most other big companies. Their products are bloated, overpriced, and extremely hyped. Got my Ubuntu cd's last year from the mail and paid nothing. Once linux and other opensource software get universal acceptance, microsoft would be in big trouble. Right now, the world is still in it's stranglehold so Mr. Gates thinks he can charge the consumer whatever he wants. Don't get me wrong, I admit microsoft products are great but it's time Mr. Gates cut down on his greed and lower his products' prices.

I have a Linux/Windows hard drive, I know I am not alone. Linux also rides on devices like cars' computers. No one thinks about what makes those computers operate. * I have hardware that requires Windows or I would have been a long ago convert. * I think there are at least five percent hybrid Linux/other desktops hiding out there, at least. Considering that the economy is tanking faster than a submerging whale, and how Linux extends the life of a used computer, it is a natural...for a Linux OS to move into a hard drive...
