How many cigarettes do you smoke in a day if you are a smoker?

I think most regular smokers are apt to smoke at least one pack of 10s every day. I used ot smoke very heavily till i gave up . My smoking had gone oup to 60 cigarettes a day. I was more or less a chain smoker. I was coughing all day an dall through the night. i was miserable yet i smoked. Those were bad days. I am glad thery are in the past and i have given up smoking for many years. Now I am a casual smoker. I can have one odd cigarette once in a whil without getting addicted to it.

I smoke a 1/2 a pack maybe a little more a day but where it's cold out and I can't smoke inside the landlord said no to this I have to go out side and it's cold it makes me smoke less.
I don't ever plan on ever quitting any time soon it's my only stress releiver and calms me quick.

I am a chain smoker since highschool and now I can't quit this curse.
I smoke almost a pack a day but now maybe just the half of it, I've been thinking to stop or atleast reduce my smoking this coming year 2009.
And hoping that I can do it in no time.
For those who do not smoke, don't ever try it.
It's a curse, at first it'll start as a proof that your a man with lots of courage
but then days after days you won't notice it yo are in the curse.
