The friendship we have will always stay strong.
Knowing that as friends we will always belong.
Although you have passed on to that special place above.
Our friendship will always keep all of its special love.
I know we never said that we would part.
But soon I'll be in heaven and we can make a new start.
So for now my friend I say good bye.
Until we meet again until we say our first hi.
Thought you all might enjoy a little poetry for the day. This is one I had wrote when one of my friends was killed in a car wreck a few years back.

What a very nice poem. Sometimes I write poetry to my friends who have gone to the great beyond too. I think that they know that we do this. At least, I hope they do. It makes the whole process of them not being here anymore a little easier to bare.
