west at home ..

i have recently got hired at west at home. im wondering.does anyone use voip phone service that works for them? i know it says they prefer you not to because is you get a technical problem they cant help ou troubleshoot it...but can i use it just until i can get a regular base line put in?

I used to work for them. And I had a VOIP system. It was pain in the butt. I had more than just that as far as tech problems. I ended up giving up that home job. It just wasn't worth the constant difficulties. I do wish you luck though.

what all problems did you come across? how di dyou fix them?
im trying to start soon as things are getting hard in my house cause money is so short and with 3 kids..its even harder. but i would have to pay 50 to get a base line put in through at&t and i just dont have that to spare this month..maybe when i get taxes back but not now.

Is west at home a job? Is it the same as working at home as a customer service representative? If it is then I guess you really need the proper equipment for this. VOIP is common for these kinds of job and I guess it is essential.
