I've been eating a lot of both in the last couple of weeks, with all the holidays going on. What do you prefer? Ham or Turkey? If i had to choose i guess i pick turkey but it's really close. I like both a lot. How about you. Is it the Bird or the Pig for you?

I prefer ham for the taste especially if it's right out of the oven with a nice brown sugar glaze.

I prefer ham. I cannot stand turkey. I tasted it once but I don't like it. I prefer the pig :)

Maybe you need to try it again. Maybe the turkey you tried before wasn't really good.

Turkey to me is usually a dry meat. So I prefer ham. But I don't eat it that often either. Mostly we eat chicken.

It is drier than ham, but you can make good sandwiches and turkey ala king.

Hi missy! I'm with you! I'd much rather have the bird! I love turkey! I so enjoyed my Thanksgiving turkey! We ate it for a few dinners and then I made turkey salad and it was so yummy! I used to like ham, but for some reason I only like it from the deli! I just don't like it when it's on the bone. There's too much fat! So I don't make that type of ham at all. The last time I had it was when my girlfriend made it last year and I really didn't enjoy it. I have another turkey that I bought when I went shopping for my Christmas. Of course it was much than the Thanksgiving one and I will make it the next few weeks!

My mom had turkey, pork roast and a spaghetti & meat sauce bake to choose from Yesterday. I had a small piece of the pork roast and some spaghetti. If it were up to me though, we would have lasagna!

I would have to say that it is definitely turkey for me But that is because I don't eat pork so deciding between the two is easy! Happy Holidays!

Ham is okay, but I definitely prefer TURKEY!!! The saltiness of the ham is a big turnoff after the first helping, whereas turkey tastes good helping, after helping. LOL The only plus-side of ham is it's versatility. You can make A LOT with ham leftovers... but Turkey only tastes good on the day you cook it; it dries out too fast for leftovers! ;)

You got a point there, Turkey does dry out fast, but it's soooo gooood.
