Airship in Super Mario World?

When i was a kid i always beleived that the air ship was the one from mario 3. i often though about that too. I think more than likey thats the ship from number 3, because super mario was the next mario. which i play still lol

It would seem unlikely considering Super Mario World takes place in Dinosaur Land, which was not visited during Super Mario Bros. 3. At the same time, Nintendo is not known for their prowess in the continuity department, so who knows?

this question of yours, i find it difficult to answer. the young ones are no longer playing super mario. they are into games which is find some difficulty understanding. my children, they laugh at me whenever i take a peek into their games. they have become so complicated these days. no amount of explaining will make me understand unless i do the gaming myself. and i cannot do that much gaming anymore. it's no longer fun for me...at my age, this is an understandable behaviour.
