Yes I have. I don't know whether it is a problem or not. Some of my friends say that it is a kind of health problem. I tried a lot to stop snoring but yet I have found no solution to that. Due to this reason I feel shy to stay in friends house during nights due to shy. Mylotters can you give your suggestion please...

As snoring will hinder the smooth breathing, which lowers the oxygen content in blood circulation, proper performance of brain will be in trouble. A colleague of mine had the problem, to the extent that for lack of oxygen in brain, he felt dizzy while driving, and scarcely missed a traffic accident. After a simple operation in the throat, snoring was removed. With deeper sleep, he became more energetic than ever before, and was able to enjoy a better quality life.

I just found your post having posted something similar. I was worried because a friend of mine had the problem and wheni looked it up on the net I found a lot of information about sleep apnoea - apparently a life threatening condition. However....after some years of worrying about it with considerable impact on her marriage she recently sought the help of a homeopath. She had been using a product called no more snoring, but the dosage was on the low side. the homeopath recommended that she increase the dose...and it worked. She has no more snoring problems!
