PSST~~~It's Me Again~~Stealing Time At The Computer

Sure hope my furry friends are here...Gissi? Taj? Ivan? Star? Luna? Tigger? Daisy Mae? Abigail? Are you all out there? It's me...Pyewacket...my mom is busy in the kitchen cleaning dishes so I thought I'd steal some time here at the computer. Boy I wonder if she's going to be mad at me. I taught myself how to do that photoshopy thingie that she does...keep it under your hat, but while my mom was busy and distracted I thought I'd change her avatar ...Yeah, yeah, that Christmas themed one was cute but I sure got tired of wearing that stupid Santa hat, so I thought I change the avatar to something appropriate for New Year's...think I did a good job considering I'm a kitty and it's sometimes hard to type with my paws or do designs. So now I'm wearing a Happy New Year's hat...nearby is a balloon, a little New Year's horn, a basket filled with champagne, and even a glass of the bubbly itself..though I can't have any, as my mom says "spirits" aren't good for kitties, but it sure smells good and I like those fizzy bubbles popping out of the glass. I think you can see the avatar better on my mom's profile page.
So what are you all doing for New Year's? Do your mom or dad's do anything special for New Year's? Do they have a special meal and do they share it with you? Do they do anything special for you, like maybe get you more presents? My mom is planning to have her ham dinner in an orange glaze sauce....oh, love the ham part and she gives me and my cousin Kissy some of the ham. The other stuff she makes we don't care for...candied sweet potatoes...yuk, how are kitties supposed to eat that??
My mom is sure wishing next year will be a good one for her, not that this year was bad...but she wants to make a lot more of that green stuff that can buy things with. I'm sure glad I'm a kitty. I don't have to bother with making money...I just lie here all day and night, looking adorable and cute which gets my mom's attention...she sure is a real sucker for me. She says I'm a spoiled pampered kitty and she wishes in her next life she could come back as a kitty just like me.
Oops, better go my mom is finishing up doing the dishes. Think she'll be mad at me for changing her avatar thingie?

My mom is a good cook, for Christmas she cooked up extra stew meat just for me and my cousin Kissy...only I ate it though...oh, it was delicious. I'm hoping she cooks up the bacon soon....every time she opens the fridge door I can smell it...

I think your cat messed up your avatar.
Now you have the plain old generic one that mylot sticks everyone with when they first sign up. You've got to watch those kitties. They are smart. Just when you think they are not paying you any attention they are stealing your passwords so they can get online and chat with their friends.

Luckily my mom doesn't seemed to be annoyed. Maybe I should sneak here more often and continue writing the book she was writing...why not? It's all about me!

I'm in here, hoping meowmy will FEED me again! She's now letting Pong in to eat too, grrr. 
Pong eats his food and then comes and pushes me away from mine... Well, I do leave it before he does so, but I can't come back and eat more because he's eaten it. Then, sometimes she even lets Solo in! Then there's really nothing left for later.
I think meowmy ought to have ME on her avatar, but she hasn't let me watch her change things, and I know she has never changed her avatar so I don't know how to do it.

Psst--it's Kissy here...Pyewacket's busy...boy I sure know what you mean...my cousin hogs all the attention from my mom, pushes me out of the way when my mom pays attention to me...and worse my mom makes me share my meal with my cousin...I keep telling her I want my own dish but she's not listening...oops here he comes...gotta go...(Kissy)

The new avatar is so cute. I wish I knew about photoshop myself. I might have to try to get my grandson to show me how to do it when he is here, he is coming in today and will be here until after the new year but will see if he has time to show me.

Hiya blackums....goodness no I don't have to put up with any silliness with my cousin....I have her well trained to not to bother me, and oh, I do get jealous if my mom talks to Kissy, so know what I do? I come racing over and push Kissy out of the way so my mom can pay attention to me

Pye it is Daisy May here and I am on the puter thing you did real good I give it thee paws up. I would give it four but I would fall then. I did give you a lick on the screen.
Mom is doing laundry today she has been doing it all day now that all of our company has left. We sure did have a lot of extra people here. One night we had about 100 legs to follow and a giant dog that scared me and tried to eat all of my food. Mom had to put my food up in the garage so I would not have to guard it all night.
I got so nervous I went to bed in my kennel with a chew bone mom gave me. I whined some but to tell you the truth I was glad to get away from all those feet and lets.
Mom counted 30 people for dinner Christmas and over the week we must have had about 60 extra people in our home. Woooo that is a lot of butts to sniff, my nose it tired. I am glad that giant dog did not stay she was scary her name was Coco and she was her Christmas eve and left for the night and back Christmas day for a while.
I sure do love Christmas and loved to snuggle up with mom's grand baby in the stomach of her son's girlfriend. The baby kicked me a few times when I would lay on the bed snuggled up to the baby bump. Mom kept talking to the baby and he would kick her hand. WE all love the baby here and cannot wait to see him. We do not have a name yet but they call him peanut.
My new Auntie Linda mom's daughter gave me a new jacket which I love and look very smashing in if you ask.
I do not know what we do on new years eve around here because it is my first one. Mom has not let me in on the big secret and Petie and my sisters will not even tell me what new years eve is. What is new years eve pye?

Hiya Daisy May...my goodness you did have a lot of butts to sniff and legs to watch out for, and I bet you're glad things are back to normal now. Well, Daisy May, new year's mean a brand new year is arriving, a full 365 fresh days ahead of us where the humans (two-leggeds) hope that the next year is a clean slate for them, and they can make new plans and goals for themselves. Silly really when in my opinion one can start anyday anew..oh, well that's humans for ya. Aww....that must have been nice to feel the little baby kick, but goodness sure hope they don't call her peanut as a real name!
Oops my mom's coming back...she's been cleaning up something fierce all day long getting rid of the old to make way for the new year. Oh, and I hope your mom doesn't get mad that you licked the screen of the computer

Man pye did I have a bad day today. Mom had to put my necklace that beeps on me and use it. I got up on the wrong side of the kennel. Mom woke me up and I got scared because I was dreaming. It took me 10minutes to wake up well enough to get out of bed. Then I just did not do well, mom kept me getting on to me for getting into the cat box. It smelled do goooood.
I also cold not get comfortable when we where laying on the couch. I then started a fight with Petie and that is when mom beeped me. I was so mad and I could not control myself. Mom grabbed me by the sweater and pulled me off of Petie. She then put both of us in time outs. boy I hope she forgives me.

Mom taught me to sit, then to lay down and then she taught me to roll over. Yes she did. I can roll over all by myself. I love it because when I do the tricks for mom she gives me cookies and I do love cookies. She is trying to get to dance but I keep jumping up and biting the cooking out of her hand. I know but I want the cookie.
I am such a smart girl. Mom even worked with me today and I can remember to roll over today. Pye can you do anything like that? Do cats do tricks because if the do we really have dumb ones here all's they do is sleep and meow here.

I'm the one in my Mom's avatar that is peeking out from the branches of the Christmas tree.
Gee, you're really smart! I am looking for a smart girl friend, maybe one day we can meet! So far the only thing I can do is mess up my Mom's mouse on her computer...I step on the right spot on the keyboard and the mouse freezes up!
My Mom and her BF had planned to go to a party for New Years Eve, but they changed their minds and decided to stay home. I think that is partly because my Mom doesn't feel real good, she keeps saying something about a pain in her chest and how it won't go away. She told her BF that she would be more comfortable at home (Hooray! When they stay home I get to sleep on their laps and get lots and lots of pets!!!) I think she will fix a special meal for them, and of course all of us get to have samples. I even got steak samples tonight. Mom had left over steak but didn't really feel like eating so she cut some little pieces off and gave them to me.
Our fizzy drink for New Years isn't fizzy...Mom will give us some cream to celebrate with. Mom might get some of the fizzy stuff, but I'm not too sure. I'm kind of worried because Mom does hurt a lot and when I step on her chest when she is laying in bed she flinches and moves me. So I try not to step on her chest now. But I heard her say she is going to call the doctor on Monday.
Murphy, Willy, Dinglebeary send their love and kitty hugs. Monica, Little Bit and Katie (Mom's mini dachshunds) send their hellos and hugs and so does Abby, the foster dog that Mom is taking care of for her best friend. All of us want to wish you a Happy New Year and hopefully you'll get lots of goodies!!!

well my goodness Khuay...I have the opposite problem with my mom! It's not me or Kissy that pass horrible gas but our mom!! You see sometimes I'm all nice and cuddled up with her on her bed and she lets one out...talk about a lethal weapon!!....the smell is so bad I jump off her bed, give her a nasty look and stay away until the coast is clear and the room is fumigated...

Our Mom isn't giving us fizzy stuff because it gives us horrible GAS! She wouldn't mind the gas too much but she says our farts are worse than horrible. She claims we could be used as a lethal weapon...what ever that is. Anyhow she has kicked us out of bed more than once and off the couch often because of the odor..., come to think of it I have to agree that sometimes it's over whelming!!!

Well, I must say you're new avatar is just perfectly fabulous my dear. You are such a talented kitty, and you make me laugh sneaking on the computer that way! But, then again, that's what I'm doing too. She's forever on the computer so it's really hard for me too. Right now she's doing laundry so I got to keep this short.

Hi pye, my name is teigetje i'm a kitten too, my mom says that i'm a real naugthy kitten. She wasn't happy when i climbed christmastree, i was half way when she got me out. I like to play under the christmastree with my friend Gizmo. Sometimes i play with my grandpa Nicky, he's very old(14 years). I hope my mommy doesn't come in while i'm using the laptop. Hi Pye! Tukay here, mom is letting me answer this one. I couldn't answer while she was cleaning dishes 'cause it's my job to clean the leftover food off before she washes them. Nice picture but be careful with the balloon thingy. They make the most gawdawful noise if you make them mad...then they disappear. I don't know how they do that, but it would be handy to learn for when I'm in trouble for something. I don't know what New Year's is...but if it's a fancy-dancy way of saying special food then I'm all for it! Good idea to stay away from that fizzy stuff, even though it smells good. Once when mom was on the phone I drank hers. It was so good, even with the tickley feeling on my nose. But then I couldn't stand on four legs! That was scarey, boy did I learn my lesson. Only steal food...it's safer. LOL. Oops! Kittysis is playing with mom's shiny Christmas stuff, so I have to go chase her! Byeeeeeeeeee

Hi Tukay. Well that's an important job to make sure you clean the leftover food! Bet you're a good dishwasher that way. Oh my goodness, you actually drank some of your mom's fizzy stuff? Hope you didn't have a hangover. My mom won't allow me and my cousin to drink any of that stuff as she told us once that anything with grapes is toxic for kitties...not doggies though..just like chocolate isn't good for us kitties either..and darn! It smells so good!

Oh, mom doesn't give me anything that isn't good for me. I can be really fast though, and really really sneaky. I like it when the phone rings, or if mom has to go to that room with the funny water bowl (why would they make the silly thing too high for me to reach?). Sometimes I can tell that mom doesn't love me. She makes something that smells really good...then sticks these green leaves in it. They're supposed to be good for you, but they taste awful to me. Daddy doesn't like them either, but she makes him eat them. She says that if they're good enough for Popeye, they're good enough for him. I'm thinking that she's not telling the truth.

Typicall Moggie, missed me out listing your friends. I'm lucky in that my master lets me do all the work here (he just takes the payments for it), if I'm lucky I get a few doggybix as a reward. Your avatar is nice, hope you can keep it.
Why not ask for a speech translator from Santa Paws next year, then you can miew into the computer instead of getting your paws trapped in the keys.

Anyway, my mom showed me the new avatar and it's really nice. I think she should have a new portrait done of me but she says this one is okay. (I'm not so photogenic and unlike your mom, mine is no photographer).
I'm told that Phish (the other cat) and I will be getting some catnip for New Years. They forgot to get it at Christmas this year but they promised for New Years. We like to start the year with a little buzz just like the humans around here.

I am glad your mom spoied you, as for my, she is always in the kitchen and so when I smell food, I would stand on my hinde legs and put my paws on her legs, its always works, I get a treats from mum but my sister Baby don't bother about wanting treats she knows she will get some without asking, I'm just greedy and can't wait, oh, I forgot to tell you my name is Tom but mum always calls me Thomas, don't don't why and my dad calls me Basil, I'm sure I'm confused, talk about personalty disorder, they are not helping me. Got to go now as mum wnats to use her computer and she donsen't like paw marks on the keyboard especially if I'm being outside, hehe, think I'll just go and cuddle up and go for a little snooze upstaires and pretend I haven't done anything to upset her. Hi pyewacket funny your mom is busy; so is mine. She left the computer open on MyLot and went outside to hang out some washing, looks like there's heaps of it so she may be a while. She will probably be very annoyed when she finds out I have not only used her computer but her MyLot profile! I'll just have to look extra cute and purr a lot, she always falls for that. We are having a lot of humans coming over for New Year, what a pain! A couple of kids are coming and they come into our room (yes my sister Rosie and I have our own room!) and they start picking us up and chasing us, pulling our tails, they are so annoying! The big humans are so loud! They start off quiet then they drink a lot, don't know why they are so thirsty! They seem to get louder as the night goes on and then they start jumping around to the sound of ghastly noise they call music. There's always a couple that make these weird sounds, they call it singing or something; it sounds terrible and I wish they would stop it. Oh well as long as they don't forget to feed us. Cassie the dog seems to like all that, but she's just a dopey dog, what do you expect? Oops, gotta go, she's coming back...Happy New Year to you and your humans pyewacket, OMG I really gotta go!...

Yup--our human moms can be real softies when we give them that innocent look and purr--it works every time. I don't envy you for New Years...I wouldn't want all those humans coming in and making a lot of noise either. My mom just plans to stay home and watch that image maker thing she calls a TV and watch this ball type thing drop to bring in the New Year. Mmmm...dogs...LOL...Cats rule and dogs drool, right. Oops now my mom is coming back so I'd better leave to...Have a Happy New Year
