Which one is better, AlertPay or PayPal?

I have both AlertPay and PayPal, I haven't sent or withdraw money on either account. Currently I use them only for receiving and sending money from/to PTC sites. I see AlertPay is completely free while PayPal will charge a fee when I receive money (deducted at PTC). I'm wondering... if AlertPay is really free, why people still use PayPay. There has to be a reason. What's your opinion?

Paypal is much better than Alertpay, ALertpay was Ddosed few days ago that is a shame thing

Fortunately the money is not lost. I'd better use less AlertPay.

No they didn't removed but they should use a secrity for avoid being attacked.

Paypal is most trusted site than alertpay and many site for shopping online use paypal for money transaction. I have both account but paypal is little bit better in shopping online.
