Do you think that ARRANGED MARRIAGE is a FORCE MARRIAGE ?

For me as long as it doesn't goes against the will of the boy or the girl it's ok otherwise i condemn it as a force marriage. In Britain it has been construed as a force marriage by British authorities & even a new tough law- the FORCE MARRIAGE ACT- was introduced to prevent the force marriages and to enable courts to make orders to protect victims of such marriages even if they are not British national. On the other side Asian communities regarded as "a good old system" & denies allegations of force marriage. Or Is it a little cultural misunderstanding ?
