would you go for cosmetic surgery if you think you are not enuf beautiful?

my frend has little odd nose.So she spent good amount on it and reshaped it.
What do you guys think about plastic surgery?wud you go fr it simply some part of your body is not in shape?wud you spend that much amount on it just to reshape you organ?
as far as i am concerned i am happy with whatever i have got.And another thing i am scare of knifes

Why not but so far I can’t think of something to make it better on my face. Hehehe.. I’m contented so far. I wanted to add more butts and boobs though hahahaha.. and become hairless for good. I do spend time shaving once in a while whenever I wear shorts or skirts and it sometimes damages my skin.

as far as my looks... i am pretty much contented even though i know i am not that perfect looking,, i like being natural looking. out looks is a gift so we need to be thankful of it even though its not too perfect of a gift.

I have thought of it only if I had the money. I don't think that I would take too many extreme measures though. After all. I still want to look like myself. Some people alter their looks so drastically that you can't even recognize them after a while!
I have heard that some of these surgeries can be noticed and research should be done more.

No, i dont think i'll go for cosmetic surgery. If i really have that much money left over i might consider a nose job :P but really it's not important at all for me.
