how to make fries crisp and crunchy

these are certain steps which if you follow, you can make your fries crispy and crunchy. just cut them into wedges. boil them into salted water for ten to twelve minutes. drain the water from the potatoes. place on a shallow baking tray with lots of olive oil . dont use extra virgin oil . it will smoke a lot. and toss them around in the oil until completely coated. canola oil can alaso be used if you dont olive oil. put it into the oven at 425-450 degrees F periodically toss them around as they bake, scoop and flip with the implement of your choice. the minute they are almost done , jack the temperature upto 500 degrees seriously and cook for just a few more minutes . watch carefully this gives extra crispiness and they are soooooooooooooooooo goooooood.
