Sitting in the back seat is the worst. And, never read while driving. Try to go with a tummy full also.

I get car sick in the passenger seat and back seat. I'm fine when I'm driving though.

OMIGOSH, I get a little motion sickness from plane rides...I hate it, I felt the worst of it on a recent trip I took to Arizona with g-friends, I never felt so embarrassed in my life........I was so sick and still sick after we got off the plane, the whole way to the house we were staying at......

ginger is supposed to help with motion sickness. I think you just take a dose of ginger caplets or something that you can buy at the pharmacy. I'm not sure how well it works though...I've never had to use it.
