question about wii rock bank/ a little help puleeze!

So my kids got a wii and wii rock band for christmas. my question and or problem is this... there are lots of songs listed on the back of the case....we can only seem to find about a dozen to choose from. so how do i get to the rest. i mean they have to be on there right? or else they could not be listed on the back cover? anyone who owns this or has played this that can help me out?? it is driving me crazy that we cannot play more songs! also one more thing.......the drums you can hear the tapping on the drum pad when you are playing but cannot hear the real drum sound coming from the t v. any help would be appreciated!
