What does "adult content" mean?

I know this seems to be a very stupid question, but bare with me. What I really want to know is what is considered "adult" by Mylot. You see, I started a blog recently, and I use adult language in it. I'm aware I won't be getting a green light from this site to include it in the blog section, but I was wondering if I could put the link in my profile. The only reason I'm even asking this is, because although I haven't seen anyone linking to sites with foul language, I have seen links that include semi-nudity and the like. I figure if someone can show nipples I can drop the F word every once in a while, but I want to make sure I'm not breaking any rules. Rich
