Which has the better learning system??

My age this year is 16. Next two year, I'll be 18 and have to go to university. What I want to ask here is which university has the best learning system. I know that some university has different learning system from others. So, I would gladly thanks those who can tell me the learning system of their universities. Until then, enjoy mylotting.

Hey Saik! what course are you looking for? I am a foreign student in malaysia studying in Limkokwing University of creative technology, that's in cyberjaya and ithink its a good university... I dint understand what do you mean by the learning system here of the university.
Apart from this sunway university is good, monash and nottingham are also very good universities in malaysia. you can join them!! I hope this will give you some idea. be happy
