why should pak not doing any action on terrorist activites on bombay blast terro

i think pak did not wanted to maintain peace in the world i think they wanted people can kill if they think that there land is not used for terrorist activities so why dont they take actionm and search on there land and keep quiet the world

the attack was carried by pakistani army, it was actually a commando style attack, only 10 people holding city as a hostage for 3 days, it was designed and dispatched by pakistani Army,ISI all of them are involved, how are they going to take action against themselves
