On what do you spend more - food or clothes?

I do not buy many clothes. That is something that I only buy when there is extra money, and even then, I prefer to shop at the second-hand stores. Food is a neccessity of life, so I definately spend more on it.

i spend more on food than i do clothes. don't think i'm a food freak, lol, just like to eat. i just don't need any clothes. am home all the time & have plenty clothes to wear around the house,

Yup, I definitely spend more on food than clothes - after all, I love eating. I usually shop for clothes only when there's a sale or for occasions like New Year, Christmas or a function!

i prefer food. i usually give priority on my eating because its basic.hehe.if i have some extra, then that would be the time to buy clothes

I really do love my food, I've been spending way too much money on food- so this year I'm trying to balance out the food & clothing spending. Also, I'm actually trying save more of my money [and make more] this year, so my budget for both will be smaller.

I bought more for food than clothes. Because my clothes's condition is still good and i seldom go out for shopping in mall. So didn't have time to see good clothes. But i often go to the restaurant to eat.

i hardly buy new clothes. I mean, I usually just go clothes shopping when there is a sale or an occasion to attend. I make sure that I buy quality items that will last long and those that will not go out of style at once. As for food, i go grocery shopping every week so i guess i spend more on this

I spend more on food. I don't spend too much on clothes because they're reusable anyway, but foods are consumable and I eat a lot and I like good food and I like eating in good places :D I'd skip on buying a new top just to eat on a special restaurant.

Food, like someone already said. I only buy clothes when I have extra money.
