Hi abhaijith Dreams will definitely come because you really cannot help it.You cannot stop dreaming. But,for a nice sleep it is necessary for you that you have a good and soothing dream. But,bad dreams can definitely ruin your sleep. Some people say that it is in your subconscious that you see in your dreams. But,I have seen dreams without any link with each other(Most of them are like that).

We all dream, very often we can't remember our dreams. We need to reach that dream state to get good sleep. It is commonly referred to REM sleep, which is "Rapid Eye Movement". It is a stage of sleep that is deep and refreshing, and the degree of sleep that is the deepest. If you go without that stage of sleep for an extended period of time, you will become ill and extremely fatigued, and unable to function doing simple tasks as our daily routine. Part of the dreaming stage is allowing your brain to process information and delete stuff that isn't important. It also allows your brain to kind of relax, so it is important for your well being to reach the deep dream stage of sleep. I feel that dreams are essential for a good sleep and for our own well being.

Dreaming is not in the way of sleeping. And some insearch tell us that sleeping is a regular action. It can be divided to two kinds:shallow sleep and deep sleep. A lucky few can bypass shallow sleep altogether, and fall directly into deep sleep on an as needed basis. And from the dreaming content, many of them are linked with daily life. When you are sleeping with some dream, maybe your eyeball are rounding. This action is good for growth and mature of cerebrum. The people who seldom dream are usually easy to be infuriate and with instablity feeling. They have lower glucose tolerance for the tense state. So the researcher think that dream is an valuable part of sleeping.
