wfhhq members.. can you teach me how to use backpage?

I have tried using backpage for wfhhq but then it will always say that theres an error occured and blah blah blah. Im also confused about whats below the postings, its like a package where you have to choose "auto-post and "sponsor post ad" and below that is blank where you have to put the promotional code. Have you encountered the same?
Can anybody teach me how to do it?

I used to use backpages when I was with FOCS. But I have since learned a much easier way for getting traffic than posting on that site and hoping someone stumbles upon it. The problem with backpages is that hundreds of people are doing the exact same as you.
Now, I understand they likely tell you that your site gets indexed from using it, but do you know what that really means? If you aren't indexing your site using keyword research, well, it really isn't benefiting you that much.
Keyword research is completely free to learn and you will watch hits to your site grow dramatically.
Btw, backpage will eventually block your IP if they suspect spam.
