When do you take your shower, before going to bed or after getting up?

A morning shower makes you refreshed, so that you go to work with a clear mind.
But normally people would rather take one before going to bed. Unless in hot summer days, people might take both, or even more. What is your preference, and hygenically speaking, which is better? Offer your ideas and the rationale behind.

I usually take a shower in the moning when I wake up. If I work-out, I take one right after.

hmmm...
if i'm be heading out in the morning for that day, i'd bath in the morning. it rids me of the bed smell with the stale saliva and (oh you know it someone just woke up because they do have that sort of musty smell).
however, if i'm going to out in the afternoon or later in the morning, i'd normally bath before i head out.
and regardless of whether i head out or not, i'd bath once in the evenings. I normalyl try not to bath just before bed time, because i'd have to wait for my hair to dry. having long hair it takes a longer time for it to dry. and yes i try to avoid the use of hair dryer because it dries up one's hair and hence loses it's shine. And sleeping with wet hair (rumor has it) will cause blindness BUT personally i get bad headaches, that's why i prefer to sleep with dry hair.
so technically speaking, (also partly due to the summer all year), i bath twice if i'm going out and once if i'm just hibernating at home.

I like have a bath before I go to bed, I think that will be more comfortable. But if in the summer, except having a bath before go to sleep, when I get up, I will also have a bath.
