Is over-reliance on internet deteriating our memory?

Surfing on internet is so popular that some people are over-reliant on internet. However, according to specialists, if the brain is not properly used through memorization and thinking, most likely the ability will get deteriated.
How do you think we can find a balance?

Can we find a balance here? I doubt. We are reliant on the web. Maybe people can cooperate and to make web sites that improves our memory? There are some web sites like this, but they are so few, and sooner or later they come under the power of money and power. And then the process of degradation can start...
