Hello, everyday or have regular morning warm up excercise, you can do it in the bedroom too,can be crunches etc for 15- 30 minutes boost up your metabolism or go for a jog maybe 15 to 30 minutes, after that take a shower and eat breakfast, breakfast portion can be more than dinner and lunch, go to gym at regular basis, do the exertion exercises like treadmill and cycleing are very good, alternative days go for cardioexcersice the aerobics they boost up your metabolism rate like the morning warm up exercises, now what you can eat is more protein, and cellulose less carbohydrate, you can eat more meat, vegetables, and fruits, less white bread, rice i mean the portion but you have to eat just less portion of carbohydrate, you can eat peas, nuts when your hhungry they are proteins, instead of junk food like candies choc etc, breakfast and lunch portion should be more than dinners portion. try not to have dinner after 7pm,not to consume too much after 7pm. Between you may divide your meal into more times normally 4-6 times more frequent but less portion. Hope my tips help. Good luck to you. :)

other things are keep away from unhealthy food and drink a lot of water 8 glasses a day normally which is very important in boosting up metabolism too. Again good luck to you. :)

The best is walking, are you somewhere that you can do that? If you are at school or can go to a shopping mall you can find safe places to walk. To keep really fit you need to do several miles a week.
