This year is ending and we are approaching a new year. Everyone will be spending the next couple of days deciding what their resolutions for this year will be. I have spent the last couple of days thinking about how grateful I am for my family and friends. I've spent the last few days being thankful that I have family and friends that love me unconditionally. Like everyone else I too, have been thinking about my New Years Resolution. I have decided that I will spend everyday of this New Year trying to be a better mother, a better friend, a better employer, a better sister and aunt. I plan on embracing each day as if its my last. I thank God for my family and friends! For everything else, I'll use MasterCard....lol

I too value the love of my family and friends and for every day I wake up to a new day, for all the simple things around me, for my home which is my security, my children and grandchilds unconditional love..but I have no years resolutions as my love for all these things and more will continue to grow daily..as for the rest I will sort as it comes along...littleowl

It sounds like a very good idea. I haven't given much thought of the new year I'm just enjoying these last few days of 08. As for MasterCard...it sounds great as long as they don't adjust your credit limit lol

Enjoy the last few days, as the countdown is on. Hey I am just trying to do my part to boost the economy :)! Actually I worked really hard to be debt free and I am loving it. I do just enough for them to keep begging me to spend more and wait long enough to pay so I owe some interest. May this New Year bring you much happiness and Joy

I want to do the same thing..well I would add to the list by adding lose weight,be less grumpy,be more confident and be a better person,friend,wife,sister,daughter,aunt,god-mother but not all in that order. I know we should be grateful for everyday we wake up but it seems we have gotten so used to it that we take it for granted..We need to start being more healthy and not take life for granted but one day at a time.
