Why do you spend time on the computer?

I have been hooked on computers since 1986 and started my first computer consulting business in 1987. At that time I became a computer instructor and have never looked back so I would say that the time I spend on computer is to make a living. I do have fun on my computer as well. I now have just over 20 blogs on the go as well and have put my computer training career on the shelf and work from home. Life is good, isn't it, when we can do what we love and make money these days.

to kill the time, making friends online and to earn money.

Well, I do a lot of studying online which requires me to use my Macbook a lot. I also sometimes play games online with my friends. I use the computer for mylot and for printing stuff, for blogging and to earn money online at a few sites. At mylot, I do learn a lot of things that I never thought I would learn.

hello there... well, i normally spend a lot of time on my computer... from the time i woke up till i sleep, always on my computer... i basically write an article, post discussions here at mylot, got few boards to moderate and i'm working online earning some money... so this activities make myself busy with my computer... i think i'm really spending a lot of time here... i always sleep late like 2-3am and wake up like 11am... that's really bad for my health...

For working, I have to spend 8 hours on the computer every working day. After working, the only reason is spending the time, because I have nothing to do at night.

I feel computer just a tool to implement and to do our works. Here with this we can do bit faster comparatively.

I just surf the net . And watch movies and nothing more..

dancedance123, I spend time on my computer for many reasons. One - I chat with friends; Two - I take online courses; Three - I search to find information (whatever it may be); Four - I enjoy learning and the Internet is a great learning tool.
