Ooh Yes....eggs go greatly with toast and bagels & are a must in potato salad. I made a couple dozen of deviled eggs for a family event onetime and my niece ate over half of them, before I realized it was her. Didn't realize she loved them so much. I used to make sure the yolks were hard before I could even eat an egg as a child. Now, I love the yolks....we call it "dunky" eggs.
