Should Hayden be dropped? Why not Dravid too?

Its becoming a hot topic that the Hayden be dropped from the test squad. He has scored 79 from 15 innings. even in his favorite Melbourne he has struggled for runs. This affects the middle order also. So it is believed that he will be dropped for the final test against SA to test a fresh opener on the dead rubber match as SA will win the series. Why discuss Dravid here? Is it required? Yeah it is. Hayden is struggling in his third test series and is getting signals of a drop out. But people argue that Dravid has scored 10000 runs and should be in the team despite his bad form for A YEAR. Hayden also has loads of runs to his name. I don't understand where the Indian team is going. You ca't build a no.1 team when you favor players. Only in-form players need to play. Whats your opinion?
