latest I heard was that she has some rare blood disorfer and that is why she has lost so much weight?

stop lying about her eating habits and just admit she has an eating disorder. "ooh I eat burritos all the time!" Whatever. Girl needs help. Admitting is the first step though and I give her props for seeking treatment.
