I love tasty food bur i am very health concious

Do not eat unhealthy food. If we eat the junk food or eat on roadside then we can fall ill. Because this type of food is not good. This type of food is unhealthy. Trying to eat natural and healthy food. Like green vegetables, fresh fruits, fruit juice and other things who keeps us healthy.Health is wealth for all of us. So do not be careless in the matter of your health.

I crave junk food, a lot... like burgers, chicken strips, french fries!!!! About once every 3 months or so, we get to indulge in the fast-food craving, but only if it is necessary because we are traveling to visit family/friends that live far away.... I have mastered my cooking skills to satisfy these fast-food cravings, while still keeping the meal healthy. We are BIG fans of grilled turkey burgers! You wouldn't believe how GOOD they taste! I never thought I could make something in my own kitchen that puts McDonald's to shame! ;) We also have BAKED, homemade chicken tenders about once a week. We have young kids at home, so I like to make meals that are attractive to them, and appear to be unhealthy, but contain only a tiny bit of oil (just enough to keep them from sticking to the pan). Plus, I make them using NO salt - something else the fast-food chains us WAY too much of! The final "favorite" in our house is homemade french fries!!! Real potatoes cut into slices and baked on a clay pan turn out even better than the salty, fried fries from a drive through. Plus, we can eat more, get fuller off the heartiness of them and they are perfectly healthy for us! The key to eating healthy is finding a healthy alternative to the bad foods we crave... with a little experimentation in the kitchen, it is definitley possible to do so!!! ;)

tasty food doesn't means only road-side food, if u are interested in eating tasty food, u will have to take some pains, cook such food at home and look for good healthy recipies on net, u will find, hundreds of interesting recipies depending on your interests. Some of the god Indian sites are sanjeevkapoor.com also..... ndtv cooking site is good. I prepare a lots of variety and have learnt many new processes of cooking from these sites.
