wat you prefer going to "gym" or "work out" at home ????????

hey we all know excercise is must to keep our body healthy but wat do u prefer either going gym or just working out at home u like to shed ur sweat in gym or do yyoga at home i wanna know wat u do to keep urself fit imean go for morning walk,evening walk,yoga,jogging etc wat u do ????? i do yoga in morning daily

i prefer walking on foot at times and use elevators to the minimum.i dont go to gym and am not a regular in yoga,so i prefer to walk on foot and it helps me a lot.i see people gasping for breath even while going to third or fourth floor of an apartment and i do it easily at my will.so i think walking helps a lot.

Well I used to go to the gym, but my best exercise is doning aerobics at home. I bought a set of DVDS which changed my life, I lost around 13 kg with this exersices and keep caution of what to eat. I will again start in Jananry sionce I ate too much this christmas :)

I used to go running or jogging every alternative days and work out in gyms on alternative days too but now it is winter it is so cold outside I am too lazy too go out. It is best if I have those machines in gym places then I can work out at home.

I would prefer to work out at home because you can do it whenever you want, despite the weather. There are disadvantages to this because you have to provide all teh equipment you wish to use and that could get expensive. Plus, you'd have to share if there are other people in your household exercising along with you. Although, there are advantages to working out at the gym. They have all the equipment right there. You don't have to necessarily share since there are multiple pieces of equipment, in most cases, and you can get help if you need it. Although, if you want to do the gym, you have to travel to get there.

i prefer going to the gym rather than working out at home as at gym you have a fixed schedule of working out you have all the equipments at your disposal and a gym instructor to help you as well hence its more advantageous to join a gym if you want to have a fit body. doing yoga is also very good both for the mind and body but its not my cup of tea i would prefer going to the gym rather.
