Hi there, nwike1561. I found this discussion that you started to be pretty interesting, mainly because I myself have a hard time making friends. I guess, I just don't losen up around too many people until after I get to know them. I'm not sure if it's them or me. I have a small circle of friends, although I do know a lot of their friends also. I just remain in my own little world most of the time. If you look at my profile, you will see that I have a large number of friends listed there. That is mainly because I made a comment to their discussions and they sent me a friend request. I do go to these people's discussions and make responses from time to time, but that is different that meeting people face to face.

I'm like that too sometimes. Its difficult for me to have friends because i'm not the type who usually starts the conversation. I can be very shy and i just wait for people to approach me. I am not really friendly if you will look it that way but once you get to know i can tell you that im one good friend that you'll ever had. :p
