How does myLot's payout work?

I just joined my lot and have some questions about how it works. I have posted a discussion and have responded to a discussion, yet I have not earned any money. Also I heard rumors that in order to earn money for a response you would need to have typed over four lines. If anyone can help me understand how to use myLot I would be very grateful. :D

payment to your account is made every 24hours. When you reach ten dollars then you can request lament to your paypal account. Payment depends o. Your activity on mylot. The better quality and length of the response will earn you more. If you do slot of one liner responses you won't earn anything. Read the Faq for more details.
