Money or Job satisfaction?

For what we need to give more importance in work? Money or job satisfaction? Past few years in IT & ITES industry, people switch from one company to another, just for money. Nobody cares about the company. Was it good? When do we need to give importance to Job satisfaction?

money is important but you have to make sure that you are also happy on what youre doing or else you cannot function properly. you have to consider both these things in order to have successful career. :P
