hey i just got my computer fxed i=and im back on rs and was wondering how i can get a membership no credit card no sms and my phone wont allow 900 numbers for surf pay and i cant pay by pay pal because u need to verify it and i dont know how so plz plz plz help me

you can use paybycash. you can send a check, cash, or use an unverified paypal account.
