discussions among friends and referals in mylot

i have that discussions among friends and referals of us are not paid i spent the whole day discussing with my referals thinking that we can help each other to earn
but i have found is even though i posted for 20 discussions the whole day there wasnt even a single cent credited to my account
why is it so?
