the black tea may help the stomach and intestings digestion,press near appetite,but the diuresis,eliminates dropsy,and strong cardiac muscle function!

All kinds of tea have health benefits. Green, black, white tea. They all have benefits. So I say choose which one you like best. They have different tastes. And sit down to a cup. It's good for you.

Truly tea is great for me.Tea helps in many ways.If you are cold,tea will warm you.If you are too heated,it will cool you.If you are depressed,it will cheer you.If you are excited,it will calm you.Research has shown that antioxidants found in tea can help in reducing cardiovascular diseases,prevent cancer and improve the immune system.Studies have also shown that tea relieves one of stress.Sipping tea slowly and reverently can alleviate tension.So I normally drink three to four cups of tea daily to stay fit mentally and physically.thanx.
