Don't you think that good listeners always suffer

More talkitive people can release their tension by scolding someone or by telling their true feelings to someone, but good listeners often end up listening to their crap and not vowing to not disclose that to others. Therefore they end up being more tense most of the time. Also during a verbal arguement, good listeners often don't speak much and have to listen to what the aggressor is saying. Is there a way to lessen their sufferings?

What you said is true... The listeners absorbs the bad energy from the tense person ( talkative one) and you will end up being sad, It's like carrying bad cloud on your shoulders...It helps you to loose some weight which is good for those who wants natural supplements on hand (lols) hehehhe
