In our life, everyone need to face the stress, it may cause something in our bodies, I've got a insomnia currently, have you got a insomnia? how do you handle it?

Hello sunny. I used to have some slight insomnia. That was a time when I was greatly stressed. But now it is ok because I don't let any stress have any impact on me in my daily life. If we have always something in mind, we will have a difficult time in sleeping well at night, which is one of the main reasons that causes insomnia. Good day, sunny friend.

I got insomnia from I took over a new class which has no discipline and good habbit for study, then I got a last one in the mid-term exam. I thought how to manage it. It bothered me even in the night. I've got insomnia for about three months. I'm better now! Have a good time!

No, i don't think so i have insomnia. I stay up so late at night but i still manage to sleep the moment i lie down in bed. I really don't have problems with my sleep. Sometimes i do can't sleep but that only happens when something in my mind is bothering me like if i have problems of if i'm excited for tomorrow but nothing serious really.

Yes I have it sometimes, Tell me this do you go to bed early? Because I notice that when I go to bed early I get insomnia, or if I drink in the eveing I get insomnia. Last night I couldn't get much sleep. I know why because I had a few drinks. Try drinking some warm milk.

If you have trouble falling asleep, my pharmacist told me to try an Antihistamine called DIPHENHYDRAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE Tablets. The are labelled "Allergy Formula". Very inexpensive and non-addictive. Do not require a prescription from a doctor either. They work and I have had insomnia all my life. But I don't have to use them all the time. But during periods of stress or depression, I have to use them so I can get that much needed healing, restful sleep.

Hi, annieOakley1, thank you very much for the help. Insomnia bothered me so much those days. I had to face it every night. I'm much better now. Because I'm on winter vacation. I'm relaxed and free. I can sleep very well these days. I think if I go to work insomnia maybe come again, I'm a bit afraid, I will take the medicine you told me if it comes, Thanks a lot.

I used to have insomnia and I really hated dealing with it... I spent my time at night watching TV, reading books, or writing... just to keep myself busy.

Yeah, keeping busy and sleeping later is a good way to avoid insomnia, don't drink coffee and something sweet before you go to bed is also needed. Have a good sleeping!

Hi Sunny, I have periods of insomnia. And there are many ways a person can beat insomnia, one is to stay away from high sugar and caffeine products. Try not to eat too close to your bedtime, and do something to relax, slow the brain down. Reading can either make the insomnia better or worse. Key answer, if you can't shut off the brain to relax and the insomnia gets out of control, you may want to talk to your doctor. Good luck and pleasant dreams. Tweenis
