Donating your eggs to help others conceive?

I am seriously debating on possibly donating my eggs to those who are unable to have children. I know several people who are unable to have children, and are considering egg donors in order to make their dreams of having a child come true. I already have a beautiful one year old daughter, and know the love I have for her exceeds anything in the world. I am hoping that by donating my eggs I can help someones dreams come true. The only issue I am struggling at is that there will be a child out there with my dna. It's just a bit strange to think about. I haven't done a detailed look into it yet, but I plan to after the holidays. I already know that women produce hundreds and hundreds of eggs, and it wouldn't prevent me and my fiance from having any more children, since we do plan on having my children. My fiance supports my thoughts on possbly donating my eggs, but for the moment I am still a bit skeptical. How do you feel about donating eggs? Would you ever donate your eggs to help someone or do you feel it is immoral? Please leave any thoughts on the matter. Happy new year everyone.

I think it is ok if it brings happiness into someones life and at the same time brings a new life into the world then it is good so long as there is no legal complications...it can only be a good thing.

I agree, if it helps another then why not. I'm not thinking there are very many legal issues involved. Thanks for your response. Happy mylotting.
