What was the strangest or weirdest gift you've ever received? What was it for? Was it useful to you, if not, what did you do with it? I would say that the strangest gift I ever got, at least that I can remember, was a jalepeno jelly spread that smelled like pickles. I got it for Christmas. I honestly don't know what I'm going to do with it... I definitely don't think I want to eat it!

well the strangest gift i got was for my second birthday... i got a board game related to cricket (WTH!? board games at this age when i don't even know how to talk!?)... i tried my best, about 8 years later, to understand the rules written in the manual for that game but never got a word (english is my second language and it took a bit of schooling and lots of video gaming and reading novels to be good at english . and yes i was good at understanding english at that age)... lol. it was just complete trash for me and when we moved out of that house, i left it behind.

Wow... yeah I can't imagine giving a board game to a 2 year old. They would probably choke on the board game pieces haha. I would have left it to, even if I did understand the directions, I can't stand board games about sports. Why not just actually play the sport?

yeah it would have been weird even if they had given me the good ol' monopoly. i am sure i would have appreciated toys at that age umm... another weird gift comes to my mind, and it was given to my father from a friend he made while he was in canada... he gave him a fly-swatter
