Do Creditburner and PTP.net contain malicious codes?

I am not an expert in coding but I have heard from mylotters that both of these sites contain malicious code. Can anyone confirm this? Should I keep on using them? I have been paid by PTP.net and have $2 more to go to reach payment on Creditburner. Your opinions are greatly appreciated.

The biggest problem with CreditBurner is that it will use up the connection of people surfing your site. The experience is the worst thing for a surfer and you're likely to find people avoiding your site.

Yes, I have heard many negative and bad things about them. I have stopped using them for some time now for that reason. Thanks for responding!
