why i always see my EX's name

i don't know if it's only a coincidence. but the other day i talked to someone over the phone when i asked his name, it was same as my ex's name. so i said ok it's only a conincidence and anyone can have a same name. then the following day while reading a blog, again the writer's was same as my ex. when i opened the friendster and i was trying to search on a friend his name pop-ups again. and last but not the least, my nephew got a new friend with the same name. he's name was not so common and why all of a sudden his name keep on hunting me !!!!! our lives has already moved on
