Is your church having a New Year's function tonight? Are you going to attend?

My church has a annual New Year's program on New Year's eve. Tonight they are going to have a New Year's concert and food and fellowship after the service tonight. Although I want to go, I will probably watch this New Year's program from home and not attend physically. I think it is because I do not like crowds and we have a lot of people that attend our service.

We have Watch Night at my church on New Year's eve. The service starts a ten o clock and ends at midnight. It is so cold here where I live and the winds are so strong, and the temps are expected to go below freezing later on. I do not think I will be going out tonight at all. I am getting over a cold, and the thought of my warm home is where I think I will be tonight. It is good that you are still able to watch from home if you do not physically attend.

No. We shall be going to neighbours for fun and games and a good meal in good company.
We shall see the New Year in with a lot of laughter.

Our church is having a youth group shut in. the teenagers will spend the night, watch movies and they are even having a dj!

I will not be attending any functions at our church tonight because it is too far away to have to drive it on a New Year's Eve.. I am not sure we would get there and back safely tonight, so we will just stay in for the evening.. Maybe a few snacks and early to bed.. I have watched quite a few of the New Year's Rocking Eve on tv so I will probably celebrate the New Year watching it again.. Happy New Year!!
