Best time to link up and build backlinks

Google has been updating PRs from yesterday. Many people's blogs including mine have jumped up a few places. Currently my PR is 2. I also know a few sites that lost a few PRs. I think this is th best time to link up to each other's blogs so that we can maintain our PR and not lose it during next PR update. Anyone interested in linking up can visit my blog through my profile and leave comments or PM me with blog URLs. I will visit your blog and then write a brief review about your blog with the URLs on my blog. That way you will get a backlink. Similarly you can add my blog URL to your Blogroll or write a review, its upto you. The minimun qualification is PR 1. Thanks in advance.
