Challenge - Develop a Co-Operative System to Boost ALL our Earnings

Following a discussion regarding Ronaldinu's posting of a site similar to MyLot which pays per posting to which I replied, I would like to suggest that we all consider setting up some kind of co-operative system to maximise our earnings by referring one another to those sites that offer a referral fee. I am not sure how this could best be done, but as I said in my response to Ronaldinu there are a large number of such sites. All of these offer rather different deals, but my impression is that the quickest way to get payouts is from referrals. If we formed a co-operative to test such sites out in order to determine which ones offer the best payout, then eventually we would all be in a better position. Any ideas how this could be accomplished best and in a way that shares out the possible benefits?
