Many says that walking is a good exercise to everyone. I am just wondering of you go for a morning walk daily? or you just do it very seldom? with me, i used to walk everyday. that is 10 minutes everyday. it happens because the bus stops quite far from my office that is why i still have to walk. what about you? do you also do it? or you do some other exercise?

I don't go for daily walks, but I have been really good about working out each day for about an hour.

I go for morning walk regularly and it is for 30 minutes but brisk walk. After this I do yoga for one hour. It is not very difficult to take time for at least morning walk and the only thing you have to do is wake up a little bit early and give that extra time for yourself. I also want to increase my walk up to 1 hour but I get short of time. So I spend 1 hour in the evening and take a walk daily. But I must say walking is really the best exercise and doing this you only gain and not loose anything. It makes you feel fresh and energetic too.

Hi Rberon, I hardly have time to walk in the mornings, as I've to rush out to work. On Saturday mornings, if I visit my parents, then I would join my dad for his morning walk. He does this almost everyday; I think it's good for him, keeps him healthy. So this way, I could at least have my weekly exercise!

No, I do not have morning walks nowadays since I am just a fulltime housewife and mother. We get to wake up late already when the sun is not safe anymore. But, when I was still working, I use to work several kilometers going to the office early in the morning.

Hmm no Ive never thought of having a morning walk but it does seem a good way to relax and exercise. Perhaps I should try one of the days? Hmmm
